What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Nausea And Weakness?
After dinner last night, I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach cramps. I am still feeling nauseous and very weak. I can barely get myself out of bed today. My fiance ate exactly the same food and he is ok. could it be an indigestion? cramps come in spasms for a few seconds and go for a while.

It might be due to gastroenteritis. As of now drink plenty of water and take rest.
You can take analgesics like acetaminophen or hyoscine for pain relief. If pain persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
