What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Fever And Fatigue?
I have had diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps, mild fever and very tired. Is this food poisoning or stomach flu symptoms. I had my 2 year old granddaughter here today and hope what I had wasn t contagious. My diarrhea lasted about 12 hours and not nothing. But the stomach pain and fever and mild body aches are still here. Thank you
