What Causes Stomach Cramps After Orgasm?
After I have an orgasm, my stomach hurts/cramps and I have to almost immediately make a bowel movement. The pain will linger on for a while after and my stomach will be very sensitive. I am a male with irritable bowel syndrome. It also feels like my testicles are far inside of me during these moments. I also get very cold during stomach pains.
