Hello,
Since you have had unprotected intercourse throughout the cycle, especially during the fertile period, you have pretty good chances of conception. The occurrence of cramps is often found at the time of onset of a menstrual period, at around ovulation and also after conception as the fertilized ovum is propelled toward the uterus. You need to wait for your next menstrual period and go for a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
