Hi im male 27. I have gastric problem from last 6-7 months due to this my stomach is always fell like tighten and bloating. Also fell some pain in urinate portion, after passing the urine that will be resolved for some times again pain will start due to this every 45 mins i need to go urinate and have to more strain for this. Especially most of the days have to strain for going motion especially in evening time stomach pressurizing was more and fell to go motion but many days it will not go and fell more uncomforted and having tiredness and back pain. All my endoscope, sonograph and UT reports are normal with some gas spots. Please suggest me how to overcome from this problem.
