Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of bloating stuck in the stomach, affects breathing in such a way that you get shortness of breath, pain in left arm, back, tired, tests as mentioned are normal, sometimes sweating in forehead, ankle and hands; stressful and confused...
This means bloating is the cause of all the problems and is so much that you are getting shortness of breath and other symptoms as a direct or an indirect effect of it.
Hence I would advise you the following:
To get the cause of bloating.
Possibilities are as follows:
Aerophagia that goes with stress, anxiety and tensions.
Gas producing bacteria overgrowth.
Intestinal obstruction.
This can be diagnosed by X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Enteroclysis with barium.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen.
Colonoscopy and Upper GI Endoscopy.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
If any disease is found such as bacterial overgrowth, a course of an antibiotic and Metronidazole can help.
Take probiotics.
If surgical cause is found, go for Surgery as advised by a General Surgeon.
