What Causes Stomach And Stool Pain?

I have pain in my lower stomach in the pelvis area I when to the ER last week because I was having pain in my stomach for about 5 days they give me pills and told me to eat healty. For about 5 days after that my stomach started to hurt again this time when I pass gas I have this pain in my stomach. When I poop the same thing, when I urin my bladder feels like I havent urin in days and my stomach hurts like hell.
