What Causes Stomach Ache With Pins And Needle Sensation In Arms?

hi my husband has just come home from work with really bad stomach pains and pins and needles in both arms do u know what this could be? he`s in a lot of pain also he suffers from heart burn a lot that has bin worse over the last few days i don`t know if that may have something to do with it ?????

Abdomen pain could be due to many reasons and all that depends upon the site. It may be due to intestine, biliary colic, renal pathologies, infections, hyperacidity and all that needed clinical evaluation, but the most common cause would be hyperacidity and I would suggest to tab Metronidazole, long-standing abdomen pain may demand the clinical attention.
