What Causes Stomach Ache, Nausea And Chills?
I have had a terrible stomach ache all today with pain on the left side (cramping) and some bouts of diarreah. At times I also felt like I was going to vomit, but I did not. I ve also had chills on and off this afternoon. The pain has subsided for the most part, but now in going to the bathroom I ve seen what looks like a bloody liquid coming from my behind. Should I call my doctor, or is this just from my stomach aches this morning?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection.
I suggest using an over the counter anti-diarrhea option such as Imodium.
I also suggest using daily probiotics.
I recommend to drink liquids and eat a plain diet.
