What Causes Stomach Ache, Diarrhea And Excessive Tiredness?

I am feeling excessive tiredness. This has been happening for about two weeks. I m tired all day. I am living with bipolar disorder and am experiencing severe grief. I have little energy and little desire to do anything. I also am experiencing stomach ache and diahrea after eating. I am not experiencing other symptoms.
