What Causes Stomach Ache, Chest Pain, Sweaty Hands And Feet?

I am feeling light headed, stomach ache, feel like i have to go poop but nothing happens. Having chest pain, sweaty hands and feet. Getting a headache, took 2 ibrofen 2hours ago but still have it. Havediabetes but blood sugar is 106. Had 2 deaths in family recently and frightened to go to sleep. Feeling hot, but no fever.

The symptoms you have mentioned mostly probably due to Hypertension or anemia. Or, if the blood sugar you have mentioned is Random, then may be the diabetic medication could be of slightly higher dose.My advice is please consult your treating doctor and have the evaluation of the above mentioned condition.
