Hi. The last 2 weeks every time I eat or have hot drinks I feel bloated, get bad stomachs ache, feel sick and have to keep going to the toilet. I feel uncomfortable and excessively tired. Started to get me down. I am conscious all the time as using toilet much more than normal. Zoe wild

i think you have irritable bowel syndrome... so no need worry you do exercise daily and avoid food which makes u feel sick... and you start on some antacid like pantoprazole... along with that mebeverine which decrease pain and diarrhea in IBS..
