What Causes Stomach Ache And Odorless Diarrhea?
My stomach has been hurting all day like I was going to get sick. Then I really had to go to the bathroom. When I got up, I felt like I had just started my period. It felt like it was running out of my vagine but when I went to the bathroom it was like water and odorless

Combination of stomachache and watery diarrhea is due to acute Gastro-enteritis which can be caused by infectious agent or toxins ( food or water-borne).Fluid and electrolyte replacement (oral rehydration solution)are of central importance to all forms of acute diarrhea.
Antimotility(loperamide )and antisecretory agents ( Racecadotril) can be useful adjuncts to control symptoms.
Antispasmodics like hyoscine butylbromide can be taken for relief of abdominal pain.
Judicious use of antibiotics is appropriate in selected instances of acute diarrhea and may reduce its severity and duration.
Since these are all prescription drugs,you need to consult a physician.

It is possible that you have a mild case of gastroenteritis which is inflammation/infection of the gastrointestinal tract or UTI.
It can cause all or some of the following : abdominal cramps, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting.
The main treatment would be the use of fluids to replace the fluid lost.
The use of probiotics would also be helpful to speed up recovery.
