What Causes Stomach Ache And High LDH Levels?

Hi! I was at the ER last night with stomach pain they've sent me home without a definite answer or a diagnosis. The discharge paper says many possible condition.. pancreatis,GERD,gastritis..etc When I got home I've check the blood test result what are the abnormalities and I found that my LDH level is really high 740!what does really means and why they send me home if this result is really high.why they didn't do more testing on the LDH to determine which part of my body has a problem.

This is the reason why they sent you to home. LDH can help to help to make diagnosis along with other parameters.
