What Causes Stomach Ache And Foamy Bowel Movement?

My 3 yr old daughter woke up this morning at 5am crying and she was complaining of stomach ache. We have a home remedy where we take a few mustard seeds and boil it in water and we gave her 1 ounce of that water and about 20 mins later she went back to sleep. She went to bed around 9:30pm, about an hour before she went she had a bowel movement which was runny and there was white foam in it as well and a really foul smell. This afternoon she again complained of stomach ache. Should we take her to a doctor. She only has bowel movements once in 3 or 4 days.

Pediatrician 's  Response
This is a fresh attack of gastroenteritis. Please do take her to the doctor, but do not ask for too many drugs, and do not use antibiotics today or tomorrow, as she may improve even without drugs. However, do give her a lot of ORS such as Peditral liquid or Pedialyte Powder with water.
