General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The stomach ache and fever is not procedure related, but it is the basic underlying gastritis or other infection which is responsible for the issue.

A blood test with complete blood counts will help much better in this regard for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
