My stomach has been hurting (no throwing up) more like cramping I think for over a week. I have been feeling dizzy when I stand up. I think I could be pregnant but there are symptoms that I don t have. Me and my boyfriend had sex and didn t use protection but he never ejaculated. My boobs don t hurt and I don t have to pee more frequently, I m not throwing up, no unusual cravings or anything like that. But my stomach has been feeling weird. My period is never regular and I m not positive when I had last. I have no unusual bleeding or discharge. I need more information, I m really freaking out. I haven t taken a pregnancy test, and I really cant.
You might b having gastritis or acid peptic disease. Stress may also cause it. Follow some tips 1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop or Omez or Rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow it regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
