What Causes Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?

I've been having stomach pains for about a week and somewhat diarrhea. My stools have a white spongy rubbery substance attached and I feel constant pressure or an urge to go to bathroom although I don't always need to have a BM it just feels like it. Nothing is helping the stomach discomfort except probiotics and an empty stomach what could this be?

you could be having something called a irritable bowel syndrome i request you to try to relax and do breathing exercises avoid stress and still doesn't get better see a gasteroenterologist
