What Causes Stomach Ache And Constipation?

hi I am suffering from stomach pain with my less motions. when the stomach pain comes I feel like going to defecate but only a very less amount of stools come the pain is severe then. after some time it decreases but it is getting repeated the same way for every one or two hours . only very less amount of stools are coming out.

You are having symptoms of urge incontinence and tenesmus. These are all symptoms of proctitis. Proctitis is inflammation of the rectum.
I would advise you to get a stool analysis and a proctosigmoidoscopy done.
