What Causes Stomach Ache And Burning Sensations With Headaches?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I awoke this morning with a headache and burning in my tummy. The stomach ache that felt like a burning sinsation then it became an ache after burping and passing gas I feel a little better but I still have my headache. Should I go to the Doctor this morning. I also have a muscle ache under my left shoulder blade.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of acid peptic disease and it can be well managed with Tab Omeprazole 40mg with Tab Domperidone 10 mg once in day for four week, I would suggest to avoid taking spicy food, heavy meal, high calorie diet, avoid taking coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, along with that infection needs to be ruled out (Intestinal ) or it can be tentatively given try with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days.
Try these medicines if it fails to responds then you can see the doctor
