What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Nausea And Runny Nose?

When my stomach starts hurting and feel like throwing up, nose starts running, foaming in throat, had kind of dry heaves but threw up nothing but clear foamy flume . Stomach blows up. What can it be? Can it be from a multi-vitamin? I took one at noon Friday, got sick 2 hours later and today I did the same thing and 2 hours later got sick again.

According to history it seems to be acute viral gastritis in which stomach ache, hives and congestive symptoms can occur

Symptomatic management needed here...

Take low fatty diet and small meals for few days

You might prescribed RABEZ DSR like drug that
Contain Rabeprazole for reducing acidity and domperidone for vomiting

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach

Fruits taken more

Avoid excess spicy foods and smoking

If improvement not seen than empirical antibiotic might needed and work up done with USG and for h.pylori..

Consult physician for examination with keeping this in mind
