What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Headache And Appetite Loss?
My husband came home from work friday evening with stomach pain and a headache, no appetite all day, weak, tired. He was burping and went straight to bed. I had him drink pickle juice and he slept from 7:30pm to 8am the next day. The next day, he was able to eat a little but still felt very tired and not himself. He s had a headache for two days and now the back of his neck is hurting when he coughs. Prior to this happening he had a cold and lingering dry cough.

its probable that the symptoms your husband is having are a continuation of the common cold virus. the headache, lack of apetite, stomach pain, pains in throat and weakness are all possible with a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract.
it could be that he is also having some peptic ulcer disease or indigestion causing the burping and stomach pain.
Let him eat in little quantities but frequently, drink much water, avoid gassy drinks and acidic stuffs and get some rest. Paracetamol or acetaminophen will help for the headache. if symptoms aggravate, see a doctor.
