What Causes Stomach Ache After Having Green Vegetables?
hi. I seem to have a sensitivity to eating some raw greens. This started about 20 years ago as I noticed that eating raw broccoli gave me a stomach ache and made me feel tired (this definitely bothers my stomach and not my lower intestines). At first I only noticed this with broccoli but over the course of these last 2 decades more raw green vegetables have the same effect on me, such as raw spinach and now, seemingly, arugula. Would this just be an allergy? I am a 63 year old woman and in very good health. I have had normal colonoscopies during this time frame. Thank you, Nancy Rochman

You first wash spinach and other raw green vegetables properly
keep vegetables in water for at least 1 hr
All the medicine and pesticide will wash out
If you have done this thing then also same complain then better not to take vegetables
Take organic vegetables
