What Causes Stinky Bump On Shoulder Blade?

I have had a stinky bump on my back just under my left shoulder blade for some time now.when squeezed the substance starts out to be black and ends up being whitish in color and it smells terrible. I am a 60 years old female. Have you ever seen such condition before?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.
