What causes stinging of penis post ejaculation?

Why does my penis sting after i ejaculate? I have been happily single for more than a year, but I have noticed as of late I masturbate and the shaft and pelvic area stings. This does not acure while I urinate or any other time just after ejaculation. is this normal? I am 32, I rarly see doctors and have been healthy for the past 3yrs. I eat right, jog little to no drinking. so I am not sure what would cause this.

Semen gets collected in small amounts when it moves along the urethra. This can cause mild irritation and stinging and is normal.
