What Causes Stinging And Burning With Discharge While Urinating?

I am a female, 18 years of age and weigh around 9 stone 10. For the best couple of weeks i have had a stinging and burning feeling whilst urinating but have also noticed discharge which i do not normally have. I have had a water infection before, does this seem to be the right diagnosis for my symptoms? Thanks
