General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of stiff back, stiff stomach, bloating, discomfort, hearing gas bloats moving and burning sensation.
All these are suggestive of intestinal obstruction.
I would advise you the following:
- Get a clinical evaluation, examination and treatment.
- X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography.
If required CT scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy and biopsy
These will give the proper diagnosis and can have appropriate management.
I find this answer helpful
