What Causes Stiffness In The Face & Neck With Difficulty In Writing?
Hi Dr. Keerthi, My niece has recently encountered some problems which appears to be some neurological problem. Following are the observations: 1) she can t write for more than 2 minutes 2) while writing her neck becomes stiff and starts to tilt 3) her face becomes stiff and jaw also displaces Could you please kindly suggest us what to do?

I am sorry for the situation your niece is facing.
If all these symptoms are persistent, then, should get her evaluated by a neurologist and to run EEG (electro-encephalogram) to exclude neurological problems (such as seizure or others).
If everything is ok, then, it might be a psychological problem; a further evaluation by psychologist is needed.
