What Causes Stiffness In Neck And Shoulders Along With Tiredness?

Should I be concerned with the following symptoms. Not sure they are related : stiffness of neck and shoulders as well as knees and feet. Neck constantly. Feet and knees after periods of inactivity. Also constantly tired . And this has happened twice in the last week my left thumb/hand started twitching involuntarily.

Hii...stiffness in various joints could be because of rheumatoid arthritis, more of morning stiffness, can also cause tiredness. Please get blood tests like RA factor, uric acid, ESR, CRP and a hemogram. You can visit a rheumatologist with the reports. Take care.

Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of central nervous system involvement.
your may get stiffness and involuntary movement due to cerebellum involvement.
I will advise MRI brain and sr electrolyte along with CBC, ESR, CRP.
you need to consult neurologist.
