What Causes Stiffness In Legs Below The Knees?

I had agoa slip and fall at work a week on Friday and now my legs feel so tight as if they are about to explode. what may have caused this and should I be really concerned? first I thought my legs were just inflamed, but now they feel so tight from the knee down. by the way, when I slipped and fell, it was on my knees and then fell on my shoulder.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

It doesn't seem to be an infection. It looks more likely that you may have muscular spasm and needs treatment for that. Yes , you should be concerned right away.

If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Fioricet with codeine and Capsaicin cream skin above affected muscles. It will benefit you if you take a physical therapy the same issue.

Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.

Have a wonderful time ahead.

Best Regards!
