twitching shaking muscles that started one year ago in one muscle lasted mainly for a few months, now in the last few months have spread to most muscles along with weekness in hands and feet lots of eye movements from side to side extreme tiredness most of the time joint stiffness difficulty getting up from chairs, pain and weeknes in joints thirst needing to drink lots and pass urine a lot light headed dizzy spells which last for 15 minutes to half an hour which now have got a lot worse along with shaking of the body and muscle stiffness and a strange fear sensation that races through my body up to my head along with fast breathing and face muscle twitching feels like a seizure,have now had 5 in the last two weeks swelled back of neck which gets worse when having dizzy spells along with some head pain,plus tightness in back of head sharp pains which come from no where and a burning sensation on skin which has happend a few times
