What Causes Stiffness And Tingling Sensation In The Shoulders And Fingers?

I m a 52 yr old male. After a couple days of yard work, I woke today with very tight, stiff joints in my shoulders, elbows and wrists and tingling in my fingers. It s been noticeable for 8 hours. I don t have any medical concerns known to me other than occasional gout flare-ups in my toes.

exclude diabetes. it is peripheral neuritis there is irritation of nerve consult neurologist,can take tab neurobion forte daily for one month. refrain from taking alcohol and smoking.apply caladryllotion externally.grt gout treated with colchicin and antioxident.
