What Causes Stiffness And Severe Pain In Shoulder Radiating Towards Left Clavicle?

during physical therapy i had to explain to my doc that i cannot move my arm in certain positions. in turn he had me create Snow Angels on the wall. this is the primary pain concern, i can only move my left arm to about 9 O clock. my bicep tightens to its limit and severe pain in my shoulder accross to my left clavical. he is stumped as my arthrogram and mri came back pretty normal for my age (37).

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The MRI normal report is not depicting the site of MRI and hence, I would like to readdress the issue with MRI plates as scanned copies. This is because the most common and prominent cause in this issue sounds to be related to rotator cuff tear or ligament injury most likely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
