What Causes Stiffness And Numbness In Hands?

I have been having like a tightness in my hands. They feel like water in them sometimes I get a tingle in them or they get numb at the tips what is causing this? I can t get though to you guys it said free but asking for money, how do I do this to get answer?

The tightness in hands, feeling like water in them, tingling and numbness in the hands can be :
-General factors like Hypothyroidism, edema of the body of whatsoever cause.
-Local problems like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
-Cervical spondilitis or discs.

To get the proper diagnosis you should visit the Physician for :
Clinical evaluation, actual physical examination and order for investigations.
MRI of the spine of the neck.
Blood test for sugar,thyroid function tests, kidney function tests.
Clinical tests for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Further treatment in the form of medicines and / or surgery will depend upon the reports and clinical findings.
