What Causes Stiffness And Heaviness On The Legs?
I feel my legs getting heavy and very stiff to the point that i can not move them especially when i am under tension. My toes start to bleed eventually. I have not walked in six months. My dctor has given me elaxine 15mg and nuberol forte. Please advice

Your symptoms could be related to lack of physical activity. Anyway, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend checking vitamin D and vitamin B12 plasma levels and also magnesium and uric acid plasma levels. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
