What Causes Stiffness And Burning Sensation In The Heels?

I have had a stiffness when standing in the morning behind both heels for many months. Suddenly when I walking will be hit with very sudden burning pain at the back of the heel. It is random, but frequent when taking a step forward with my opposite foot. If I side step it is immediately relieved. It it tender when I touch it with my hand and appears normal. No color change. It is fine when I am sleeping

Good Evening,
Thanks for given information, cause of burning sensation in heel may be caused by nerve damage in the legs, also called neuropathy. Although many medical conditions can cause burning feet, diabetes is the most common. Most burning feet treatments focus on preventing further nerve damage and reducing pain.
I advise you kindly consult with neuro physician
Thanks for consult
