What Causes Stiff Neck Followed By Dizziness And Slow Speech?
The other night, I got some stiffness in my neck and got really dizzy like I had been drinking but I dont drink. Then I got slow of speech and started smelling old engine oil. what could have been the problem? I had the stiffness in my neck and head all day.

Your symptoms could be related to chronic degeneration of the cervical vertebral column. Anyway, it is really hard to connect all your symptoms together with a neurological disorder.
The dizziness and neck stiffness could be related to chronic degeneration of the cervical column. But the weird smells does not seem to be related to such issues.
Anyway, if the problem persists, I recommend performing a brain MRI and a Doppler ultrasound of the cervical arteries.
