Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

I have studied your case.
This swelling can be elbow olecranon bursitis.
If bursa is painful surgical excision is treatment.
If you want temporary relief intrabursal injection can be given which will give long term pain relief.
There may be recurrence of pain after injection.

Till time you can do physiotherapy like Ultrasonography and TENS.
MRI cervical spine will help you further.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
