What Causes Stiff And Swollen Knee?

I was working out earlier when I felt stiffness in my knee. I tried stretching it but ignored it till I got home. I later on still felt it and when i would stiffen my leg the lower inner part if my knee looked swelled and hard to the touch. When I pulled my leg the opposite way it felt like I need to pop my knee. It doesn t hurt unless I stiffen my leg fully like when I stand up. Any idea?

For stiff and swollen knee you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert advice along with osteonac-th or meftal-plus for stiffness and swelling. Do hot water fomentation over knee region to reduce the swelling as well as inflammation.
