What Causes Stabbing Pains In Head And Swollen Gland In Neck?

Hi, I had stabbing pains on and off yesterday on right side of head. Very painful which resulted in me going to bed early. No analgesia worked either.
I then woke up today to the same but my right gland in my neck is swollen and very painful to touch. Also my ear feels sore.
I also have HHT hereditary telantengesia

Those symptoms could be in the setting of an infection, involving the tooth, the ear or the parotid salivary gland on that side.
