Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband is complaining of an ongoing problem he s had for a year or so, getting progressively worse. When he stands for a long period of time, he gets a stabbing pain in his lower abdomen. He s had his appendix removed. It goes away when he walks or sits. It s only on his right side
The symptoms of your husband can be related to bloating. I suggest using Simethicone medication three tablets a day to relieve the bloating. I also suggest using Buscopan for the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
