What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Inside Of Toe?
What would cause sudden stabbing pain in bottom inside of big toe. Never had this before. Have regular visits to my primary doctor. This just came on today for first time. It hurt so bad all of a sudden , it almost threw me to the floor. I am 75, female, 199 pounds, recently lost 30 pounds. Do not have gout or any other problems along those lines to my knowledge. I am on blood pressure meds and HCTZ. I am on synthroid. I have been on all these meds for a long while now. I am not taking anything new. I am concerned about my toe and what could be the cause? Thanks you FORGET IT, I THOUGHT THIS WAS FREE, I AM NOT PAYING ANYONE ON THE INTERNET, MUCH LESS USE A CREDIT CARD OF ANY KIND. JUST CANCEL MY QUESTIONS.

I really appreciate your concern, initially such pain can be managed with some analgesic and if pain does not subsides or comes back again then it need to be brought for investigations, because it could be arthritis changes, collagen disease, could be anything even infection also possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
