General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to gout.

I recommend doing an examination to confirm the uric acid level in blood.

Meanwhile, I recommend using painkillers to treat pain such as Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
