What Causes Stabbing Pain In Abdomen And Ears With Severe Headaches?

I'm 18 and have regular headaches. I also feel stabbing pains in my abdomen and my ears always hurt and are scabby on the inside. Lately I've been getting really dizzy and feeling light headed, also I've had some bloody stools at time. My period also never comes but I am still a virgin. Any idea why all this is happening besides stress?

HI
Well come to HCM
Two condition could be the cause of your symptoms first is hormonal changes that could related with your menses and second could be the sinusitis, in my opinion this can be best treated with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen combination, of course even slightest stress could aggravate the symptoms so try to keep the stress low, take care.
