Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Well, while adhesions or hiatal hernia CAN cause this, without an exam.

I can only give general information and cannot say in your particular case, but generally, while those two are the most common causes, serious vascular problems can also cause it and it is a big cause for concern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
