Dear It seems that you are having fungal infection known as ring worm infection. It is possible that it was not treated well in time so the lesions spread to the neighboring sites. You need to have scrapings test done to confirm fungal infection so that it can be treated. As there is no itching, so no need of any medication for now but getting it diagnosed should be a priority bearing in mind its spreading nature. chicken pox does not present like this as that is a generalized body rash with blisters and fever, sore throat and malaise. Moreover chicken pox typically lasts 1-2 weeks.
