I understand your concern.
Becoming pregnant after tubectomy due to recanalisation is quite a rare possibility.
However, since it seems your periods are delayed and you are doubtful that you might be pregnant, you can do the following things to confirm weather it is true or not.
1. Get your urine tested for
pregnancy by use of Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT) Kit.
2. Get your blood tested for beta-
HCG hormone levels in serum.
These tests if it indicates that you are pregnant, then you can consult Gynecologist for further management.
Otherwise, since it appears that you have been spotting, get your blood sample tested for serum FSH, LH and
Prolactin levels, as it could be due to
hormonal imbalance. Consult Gynecologist with report for appropriate management.
