Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you should do a colposcopy to examine collum uteri. Cervical cancer, infection or cervical polyp can give hemorrhage. Also an ultrasound should be done to check thickness of endometrium. It should be atrophy in your conditions. If it is hypertrophy, then there is a chance of adenocarcinoma or if it is benign, then only aspiration is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
