General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Spotting could be due to cervix and endometrial /cervix dysplasia, adenomyosis, hormonal imbalance, polyp.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination , reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy to confirm the cause.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
