What Causes Spotting Inspite Of Being On Metformin For PCOD?
Hi I have PCOS and trying to conceive. I have been taking metformin for about 3 weeks now. last week I thought that I was about to starting my period because of the cramping, soreness of breast, and back ache but what actually came was brown spotting it has now been a whole week I have been spotting like a normal period still cramping and back aches but no more soreness of breast could I be pregnant... ?

If your period is delayed, then it is possible that you are pregnant.
This can be confirmed by a home pregnancy.
You should make sure that you do not do the test too early. Pregnancy tests detect HCG, this can normally be found by day 11 to 14 after possible conception.
